Job Eligibility and Document Checklist for Pakistan Applicants

Updated 10 October 2026 · Job7u editorial team

Meeting a broad education label is not enough to establish eligibility. A notice may specify a subject, recognition requirement, experience period, domicile or cutoff date. Build one checklist per role so you can tell the difference between a condition you meet and a condition you have not proved.

Read the exact row for your role

Multi-role adverts often have different requirements in adjacent rows. Record the role and case number first. Read the qualifications, experience, age, location and quota conditions for that row, then the general instructions below the table. Do not combine the qualifications of one post with the experience of another.

Requirement in the notice Your evidence Result / next action
Specified degree and subject Degree title, transcript and dates Match / clarify subject or equivalence
Experience condition Letters with role, dates and duties Calculate the qualifying period
Age at stated cutoff Date of birth and relevant rule Check eligibility and any stated relaxation
Domicile or quota Required certificate / category evidence Check the specific applicable condition
Submission documents Current notice’s document list Prepare only what is requested

Education: compare the wording precisely

“Bachelor’s degree” and “Bachelor’s degree in the specified discipline” are different conditions. Compare your certificate and transcript with the notice. If equivalence or professional registration is required, read the named authority’s current process and obtain clarification before the deadline. Job7u cannot declare your degree equivalent to a recruiting body’s requirement.

Experience: make the dates auditable

List each employer, role, start date, end date and relevant duties. Distinguish total work experience from the type the advert requires. If it specifies post-qualification experience, compare the qualification date with your employment dates. Do not count overlapping jobs twice or round an incomplete year upward.

Illustrative example: a notice requests three years of relevant experience after a degree. Your degree was awarded in September 2023 and the cutoff is August 2026. That timeline alone does not establish three completed years after qualification. Check the exact dates and the recruiting body’s definition rather than writing “3 years” automatically.

Prepare a document folder

Follow the current advert’s list: it may request a CV, photograph, identification, qualifications, experience letters or a fee receipt. These are examples of possible documents, not a universal list. Check file type, upload limit, attestation and whether originals or copies are required. Use clear filenames and keep scans legible.

Protect your data. Store application files securely, avoid shared public links and send them only to the verified recruitment destination. Do not add bank details, full family information or unrelated identity documents unless a genuine official process requires them.

Final check before applying

  1. Every required condition has a matching piece of evidence.
  2. Unclear conditions have been resolved with the recruiting body, or explicitly remain uncertain.
  3. The application form, CV and evidence use consistent names and dates.
  4. Documents meet the stated format and submission method.
  5. The deadline and any correction notice have been checked again.

Keep this checklist beside your application record. If a Job7u summary has overstated eligibility, send the page and primary source through our contact page.
